Nackgobse (낙곱새)
Have you heard this funny word? We say 'Nackgobse(낙곱새)' which mean three ingredients spicy stew. Nack is baby octopus, Gob is cow intestine, and Se is shrimp in Korean word. Is a really popular food in south Korea.
It's kind of like surf and turf. You already cow and shrimp. and we have one more item baby octopus!. Taste is overly spicy so it is great time to enjoy authentic Korean flavors.

As we mentioned for flavor, it's little spicy. So we reommend Koran liquors. Soju(소주) is ok. but soju is too ordinary. What about Korean traditional liquor. Master Sommelier Kyungmoon Kim found K-Sook(@Woorisoul_nyc), they have lots of unique selections. For our Nackgobse, we recommend Yangchon Chunju(우렁이쌀), it's very smooth and not too strong flovor.
you can buy NJ area (@Linwoodwine_hodson_lights). Try Korean Foods with Korean liquor.
